JournalnStuff is affiliated with WebwinkelKeur. Since 07-03-2019 JournalnStuff has passed the WebwinkelKeur inspection. This means that JournalnStuff complies with all major European and Dutch rules in the field of distance selling. We proudly carry this quality mark because it once again underlines the reliability of JournalnStuff. It does not end with an approval alone. WebwinkelKeur is a modern quality mark that continuously monitors the reliability of its members. For example, consumers can go there with complaints and they can (publicly) assess the affiliated web shops. As a consumer you therefore have extra certainty with a webshop that is affiliated with this quality mark. About ordering and payment
Do I have to create an account to order?
No, you can also order as a guest. However, it is advisable to create an account so that you can always access your ordered products later. Payment is also much faster with an account.
What is the minimum order amount?
For cost reasons, we have a minimum order amount of € 7.50 from 1 Jan 2020.

I am not receiving an email to log in
If you don't receive an email to log in, chances are it ended up with your junk mail. Spam filters can cause emails to end up in the wrong inbox. Don't have an email there? Send me an email via the Contact Form.
I forgot my password
If you have forgotten your password, you can easily request a new one. Go to the site and click on "My Account". You will see at the bottom of the login screen "Forgot your password? ". If you click on this and enter your email address with which you created your account, you will receive a unique link in your email to reset your password.
The product I order is a gift, do you have a wrapping service?JournalnStuff wraps all orders as gifts as standard. Easy if it is a gift for someone else and of course super fun for yourself! There are no extra costs. Would you rather not have your order packed? Please put this in the comments field with your order.
My order is a gift, can I add a personal message?Sure! When ordering, please state that it is a gift and leave the message you want to send to the recipient in the comment field. Then we will ensure that a handwritten card is included!

What payment options are there?

How can I use a discount code?
If you have a discount code, you can enter it in the shopping cart. The discount is then automatically calculated. Do not forget to click on the 'plus', otherwise it will not work.

I would like to have my order delivered to a different address, is that possible?
Yes that is possible. In the ordering process you have the option to enter a different delivery address. We ensure that your order is shipped to the specified address. You can also have a product delivered to someone as a gift in this way.
What is the delivery time within the Netherlands?
Orders received on working days before 3:00 pm, I ship the same day (unless stated otherwise and holidays excluded). PostNL has a delivery time of 1 to 5 working days. JournalnStuff is not responsible for postal delays. Have you not received anything after 7 days? Then take Contact me so I can find out where your package has gone.
Does JournalnStuff offer International Shipping?
Yes! We can deliver everywhere in the EU. Please read all the information on this page.
How can I return something?
Are you not completely satisfied with a product? Please contact me first if you want to return it. Then you can return the product within 14 days. Pay attention! You must send the product unused and in the original packaging, without damage. The costs for returning the product are for your account. When I have received the product in good condition, I will refund the purchase amount in the same way as you paid.
My order has arrived damaged, what now?
Although JournalnStuff pays a lot of attention to properly packing your order, there is always the possibility that it does not go well with the mail. Is this the case? Please contact us via info@journalnstuff.nl so we can look for a solution.
An incorrect item has been delivered, what now?
It sometimes happens that I accidentally pack the wrong item. Send a message to info@journalnstuff.nl. Then I will provide a quick solution!
Is it also possible to pick up my order?
No. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to pick up your order.

I am always looking for new products. Have you discovered a nice brand or product and would you like to see it in the shop? Send me a message info@journalnstuff.nl. Who knows, maybe a product or brand will soon be in the shop!
Can I also buy a gift voucher?
Yes, we have gift certificates for sale from a value of € 5. If your desired value is not listed, send me an email and we will arrange something. You will receive your gift voucher festively. It is also possible to receive your voucher by email. Please also contact me for this.
A product is no longer in stock, how quickly will the product arrive again?
This depends on when I can place an order with the supplier again and where the product comes from. I regularly buy abroad. You can always send me a message to ask.
I have an Instagram account, YouTube channel, blog, etc.Do you want to work with me?
Depends. I regularly receive requests for this, but unfortunately I cannot respond to everything. As a still young webshop I can certainly use the exposure, but I really first look at the target group and the reach that you have. You understand that I don't get any benefit if you have a completely different target group or a low range. Do not hesitate to contact me if you think we can help each other!

The colors of my ordered product actually differ from the colors in the webshop, how is this possible?
The colors on the screen and in reality can always differ slightly from each other. Every screen is of course different. I try to capture the colors of a product as well as possible or use photos from the supplier.
